Participants will learn how to create their own design on a silkscreen stencil with the direct block-out method in this hands-on two-and-a-half-hour workshop. After creating the silkscreen, they will learn the correct way of printing their design on a tote bag. In addition, they will be taught how to make a gradient print (called the split-fountain method in silkscreen term).
