The exhibition presents a body of paintings, photography and installation exploring Kavita Issar Batra’s response to detritus collected during her morning walks and the conversation between these and the macrocosm around us. The processes used to paint mimic the way the ‘elements’ weather the surfaces by layering, eroding and by allowing the physical and chemical properties to interact and create their own unique narrative.
