The last couple of weeks we have been dodging invites for art openings and slacking on our art news. Well, that’s because we have been working hard on our new homepage. Artitute has been around for slightly over a year and since we missed our 1st year birthday celebration, we decide to refresh the site to celebrate. Also, it’s about time to jazz it up a little. 15 finalists for the APB Foundation Signature Art Prize 2011
The verdict is out. After being locked up in a room for several days, the jury panel have finally selected the 15 finalists for the Asia Pacific Brewery Foundation Signature Art Prize 2011 Finalists Exhibition.
Aimed at recognising the single most outstanding contemporary visual artwork produced in the preceding three years, the award is open, by nomination, to all visual artworks, regardless of medium, subject matter and size. (more…)
