10. Open Calls
Participation in ARTITUTE Open Calls is governed by separate Open Call Terms & Conditions published for each exhibition.
Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of those terms.

- written materials
- comments
they confirm that:
- they own or have permission to submit the material;
- the submission does not infringe third-party rights;
- the submission is lawful.
Unless otherwise agreed, copyright remains with the creator.
By submitting materials, you grant ARTITUTE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submitted materials for exhibition administration, publicity, marketing, educational purposes and archival documentation.
