The Healing Process Of Art
The Red Pencil’s mission is to bring the benefits of art-therapy to reach out to children in overwhelming situations such as natural disasters, conflict zones and long-term hospitalizations, where words are just not enough to convey their pain, and yet whose sufferings need attention, expression, release, relief and ultimately healing. Proceeds from part of the Arty-Licious Evening ticket sales and the total sales of the finished graffiti artwork by Luke Cornish, sponsored by Art Equity and ABSOLUT will go towards supporting The Red Pencil’s mission.
