Singapore’s newest heartland, Punggol Waterway, was the host venue for the closing event of PAssionArts Month. PoPArtlicious @Punggol Waterway held an amazing digital art mapping on 3 HDB (Housing Development Buildings) on the night of the ceremony on the 8th April.
Residents of Punggol 21 and visitors were treated to a mind-blowing digital art on three new HDB blocks. The 2 minutes presentation gave heartland residents an insights to animated art with modern technology.
