ReDot Fine Art Gallery is honoured to again feature Imelda (Yukenbarri) Gugaman, this year with several of her family members from Warlayirti Arts, an art centre in the remote Indigenous community of Balgo Hills which continues to produce some of the most important Indigenous artists of all time.

Though the pieces vary between the soft ochres of Imelda, the vivacious colours by Theresa and Ann, and the bold talent of Geraldine and Madeline, all 30 paintings exemplify the artists’ painterly pointillism style, bringing the viewer into a remote landscapes and meandering, three dimensional topographical maps of the soakage waterhole sites of their beloved country.
Exhibition: 7th July until 30th July 2016, open daily from 12:00 until 7:00pm
Opening Reception: Thursday, 7th July from 6:30pm until 9:30pm and will be attended by featured artists Imelda (Yukenbarri) Gugaman and Ann Nowee.
