The French Bookshop’s Artist Of The Month, Maya Bhalla, presents a collection of work titled, ‘short stories’.
These include works in oil on linen, acrylic paintings, ceramics, and sculpture. These works are inspired by the written word, be they from the writings of the artist herself, stories, novels or poetry. Created over a period of years, these ‘short stories’, have found a home for the month of September at The French Bookshop in Tiong Bahru.
