Open Call: Interns for Project 50/100

Project 50/100, the alternative celebration for Singapore’s 50th anniversary next year, is looking for talented and motivated interns who want to make a difference to society and to learn from the challenge of executing an interesting, challenging and unprecedented community initiative/experiment.

As an intern, you will help our project manager and the Steering Committee to put together and manage Project 50/100’s series of events.

Your job scope will involve: –

1)     Arranging, participating in, and minuting Steering Committee meetings;

2)     Assisting the Steering Committee to liase with Project 50/100 collaborators and manage project proposals; and

3)     Working closely with the Steering Committee to organize our Project 50/100 events such as workshops.

Anyone can apply.

You can start anytime from between now and April 2015. You must be able to work at least 5 hours a week for at least two months. We do not have an office, so you must be able to work from home or wherever is convenient for you.

We are not able to offer a salary, but we promise that through this experience you will get to interact with and learn from a diverse range of groups and individuals who care for Singapore.
