ICON de Martell Cordon Bleu 2014 which returns for its fifth year to recognise Singapore's most outstanding photographer. This year, ICON de Martell Cordon Bleu 2014 will be held at the National Museum of Singapore from 20 Aug to 5 Sept in conjunction with the Singapore Night Festival.
